Our Caregiver Ratio is 1 Caregiver to 3 or 4 Residents!!

At Hideaway Hills assisted living home, we literally have private homes as our "facilities". We currently have 2 private homes that are run by myself, my husband, and a licensed LPN. We are looking for our 3rd and 4th homes right now, as we are growing by leaps and bounds. Apparently, a lot of people feel the way we do about "institutional" settings!
